2012 Sled Raffle
The 2012 Raffle will feature a Skidoo MX Z 600 Sport as first prize.
Tickets are $5.00 each with a limit of 3,000 sold. Tickets may be purchased at many local business or from club members.
The drawing will be held Feb 18th, 2012. Proceeds support the snowmobile trail maintenance.
Second Prize - Two day snowmobile or pontoon rental from Greer's Pier
Third Prize - Gift certificate package provided by the Manitowish Waters Chamber of Commerce

- Attached is the picture of the snowmobile raffle winner. Pictured is LuAnn Smit from the M.W. Sno Skeeters, Dave Geiss from North Country Sport Marine and Steve Engelmann (aka "Country"). The prize is a 2006 Polaris 600 Fusion.

- L to Right: Barry Hopkins, Sno-skeeter president: Pat Stengel, North Country; Dan Pritzl, of Nekoosa WI. The snowmobile is a 2004 600 XC SP. The second prize winner of the two day snowmobile rental is John Mahalch of Mequon WI. The third prize winner of the Chamber of Commerce Gift Package is Jeff Skinner of Almena WI. Thanks to North Country Sports and Luann Smit again for the help with this raffle sled.

Luann Smit, raffle coordinator- The drawing for the Manitowish Waters Sno-Skeeter's 2001 Snowmobile was held at the Pea Patch Saturday February 10th, 2001. Mike Coan, local plumber "extraordinaire" had just finished a "grueling" shift of washing dishes at the Pea Patch as a volunteer for the annual fundraiser dinner preceding the drawing for the snowmobile. As he took a much deserved rest, the tension mounted the crowd as they awaited the drawing. Moments later Mike's name was called and the rest is history. So if you want to win a snowmobile, volunteer for a fundraiser. It might just help your Karma, OK at least your hands will be clean.
